We receive requests from sellers who want to sell their business with Dragonflip almost every day. From the many conversations we’ve had with our buyers, we know what goes into making a good offer.
To guarantee a high-quality standard, we can only accept selected companies.
This ensures that all our offers meet the following criteria:
We have deliberately limited ourselves to the sale of e-commerce companies because this is where our years of experience and expertise lie.
The founders of Dragonflip have been active in the e-commerce sector since 2014, both as service providers and with their own brands.
This has enabled us to achieve a high level of awareness in the German e-commerce scene, gain the trust of sellers and present you with the best deals.
Never miss a deal again and be the first to know about new offers.
Becoming a VIP-buyer is easy and free. All you have to do is tell us what you're looking for. Which product categories are interesting for you, and in which price range would you like to invest? What other investment criteria do you have?
If there is a new seller who matches your criteria, you will be informed before any other potential buyers.
Of course, we will treat your data confidentially and never bother you with advertising emails.
Below each offer, you will find an inquiry form, which we ask you to fill out.
Before we can send you confidential information, such as the name of the company, we need a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from you. This will be sent to you promptly by email.
After signing the NDA, we will send you initial details, such as the link to the online shop and, if necessary, conduct a brief meeting to get to know you.
We or the seller will then be happy to answer any further questions you may have about the company. If you’re interested, you can submit a letter of intent (LOI) or an offer.
Once there is an agreement between you and the seller, the last step is signing the sales contract.
Dragonflip will guide you through the entire process, because we value trust and close cooperation.
Of course, the seller will be at your disposal for a certain period of time after the takeover so you can understand all the processes and continue the business successfully.
