SELLING

1. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO SELL MY COMPANY?rkaufen?

Your company should meet the following requirements:

  • An EBITDA of at least 100,000€
  • A margin of at least 10%
  • A sales history of at least 2 years
  • A registered trademark
  • Clean accounting with existing annual financial statements and business assessments
2. WHAT HAPPENS IF I FIND A BUYER MYSELF?

There is no entitlement to commission if contact between you and the buyer was demonstrably established before the date of publication of the offer, unless the contact is based on a previous mediation by Dragonflip.

These contacts must be communicated to us for the purpose of proof prior to publication of the listing. We confirm that no commission will be charged for the contacts provided. Otherwise, we must assume that the third party has gained knowledge of the sales offer through the public announcement and that a commission claim arises.

3. HOW HIGH IS THE COMMISSION?

Our commission for a successful sale depends on the sales price.

We use the Double Lehmann formula for the calculation, which is the standard among business brokers and is calculated as follows:

10% of the first million €,

plus 8% of the second million €,

plus 6% of the third million €,

plus 5% from the fourth million €.

The minimum commission is 15,000€.
