The company was founded in 2017 and is now for sale as a share deal. In 2021, the current managing director joined the company as a strategic partner and developer and has been managing the company operationally ever since.
The business model is based on strategic asset deals: instead of developing its own brands, existing Amazon FBA brands were systematically purchased and the portfolio continuously expanded. This purely commercially motivated approach enabled rapid portfolio expansion without development risks.
The company operates seven established Amazon FBA brands in different segments: pregnancy/ovulation tests, gardening/household accessories, calipers, a special training board, fascia rollers, rung glasses and baby/children's room decorations as well as baby textiles.
The managing director brings in-depth expertise from his business informatics studies and his past as a software developer. His SEO knowledge enabled him to gain a deep understanding of the Amazon algorithm. He has been running eCommerce full-time since 2018 and continuously monitors all market developments.

Sales are 100% via Amazon FBA Germany with a lean, fully remote-capable business model. All processes run via external service providers and partners, which means that no in-house employees or office space are required.
The operational business has been deliberately structured so that it can function without the current managing director after a short transition phase. Established partnerships can be taken over or replaced if necessary.
The shareholders have decided to sell the company in order to devote themselves to other eCommerce projects and entrepreneurial activities. They are looking for a strategic buyer with Amazon-specific know-how and the necessary capacities to further scale the brands.
