Severin Borch - CEO

Severin Borch has several years of experience at Deloitte in the fields of business valuation and transaction services. Following this, he worked in corporate M&A and corporate-level strategy. His academic background includes a completed degree in economics and industrial economics, earning him a Master of Science degree, along with a semester abroad in England. Additionally, he is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Nicholas Brown - Head of M&A USA & UK

Nicholas Brown has been a part of Dragonflip since 2021 and is responsible for all transactions outside of the DACH region. He brings more than 10 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, and M&A. He has successfully completed a variety of transactions in digital business sectors. He holds an MBA from the University of Florida and an MPA from the University of Southern California.

Anne Garcia - Sales

Anne Garcia is responsible for the sales department at Dragonflip and often serves as the initial point of contact. She herself was an eCommerce seller and is therefore well-acquainted with the challenges in this field.”

Justin Brown - M&A Associate

Justin Brown contributes to Dragonflip in all M&A transactions and is a recognized finance expert. After completing numerous internships and part-time positions in the banking sector, and earning a Master of Science in Accounting & Financial Management from University College London, he is a certified finance expert.
