Severin Borch has several years of experience at Deloitte in business valuation and transaction services. Subsequently, he worked in corporate M&A and strategy at group level. His academic background includes a completed degree in Economics and Industrial Economics with a Master of Science and a semester abroad in England. He is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Justin Brown supports Dragonflip on all M&A transactions. He is particularly responsible for international projects and is a proven finance expert. After numerous internships and working student positions in banking, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting & Financial Management from University College London, he is an established finance expert.
