- A service fee: To ensure that we only work with serious sales intentions, we charge a one-time service fee, which is based on the size of the company and, in most cases, is offset against the performance-based compensation.

Performance-based commission
Our compensation is in the form of a performance-based commission, which is aligned with the actual sale price of your business. This means we are only compensated if your business sale is successfully completed.
No ongoing costs
Unlike many other advisors, you will not incur any monthly fixed costs with us. This ensures full cost transparency, and you won’t have to commit to long-term obligations.
Service fee with offsetting
To ensure that we only work with serious sales intentions, we charge a one-time service fee. The amount of this fee is based on the size of your business and, in most cases, is fully offset against the success fee after a successful sale.

For E-Commerce & Online Retail: The success fee applies to the inventory, with a flat 2.0% of the inventory value being calculated. For all companies: Cash balances are excluded from the commission calculation.
