Business Description

The GmbH was founded on January 19, 2021 and is now up for sale as a share deal. At the same time, an asset deal for the second online shop (including the brand) is also possible.

The company operates two specialized Shopify stores. The vision is to create an ecosystem for coffee-drinking consumers and businesses, especially roasters and cafés, who can purchase equipment and simultaneously sell their products (coffee) via the platform.

The product portfolio comprises approximately 500 SKUs: coffee machines, coffee grinders, coffee scales, kettles, cleaning accessories, cupping tools, espresso accessories, as well as the company's own coffee (filter coffee and espresso) and digital online courses.

Sales are conducted through several channels: B2C shop 1 (38%), B2C 2 (22%), B2B (31%), marketplaces (8%). Mainly Germany with an English website for international orders.

Procurement is based on an established supplier network with partners from Germany, the EU, and Asia. Flexible payment terms (prepayment up to 45 days payment term), low minimum order quantities. All contracts are transferable to the buyer.

The company operates from a 200 sqm location (warehouse, office, showroom) with its own fulfillment and a team of 5. Three employees can be taken over by the buyer, SOPs are partially available.
