Business Description

The brand was founded in December 2016 and is now up for sale as an asset deal.

The business idea arose from the founder's personal needs: as a passionate cyclist, he identified a market opportunity for high-quality bicycle safety products in 2016. After intensive training in Amazon FBA, he launched his first product, a bicycle safety vest. His goal was to build a location-independent business where every hour invested would create sustainable added value.

Today, a focused Amazon FBA portfolio with 15 parents and 40 SKUs is operated in four main segments: bicycle accessories (mirrors, safety vests, covers, rain protection), household items for good sleep (window blackout blinds, love bridges), hardware store items (wooden baskets, glass cutters), and garden items (pond nets).

The products are characterized by well-thought-out unique selling points: the window blinds use micro suction cups for complete blackout, the bicycle mirrors use real glass for undistorted vision, the backpack rain cover is not only water-repellent but 100% waterproof, and the pond nets are extremely tear-resistant. Each product is quality inspected and has a long listing history with strong ratings.

Procurement is based on long-standing supplier relationships with flexible payment terms and low minimum order quantities. Logistics are handled by a 3PL with subsequent FBA storage.

The TTM period (Oct '24 - Sep '25) reflects a weak 2025 summer season for seasonal products such as bicycle mirrors, window blinds, and pond nets. For Q4 2025 and from 2026 onwards, a targeted winter product strategy and the launch of two new products (12/2025 and 02/2026) are expected to result in a 30-50% increase in sales and an improvement in margins.

The operational business is run entirely remotely by the owner and requires approximately 10-12 hours per week. All processes are documented in checklists (Trello, Google Sheets) for product development, listing creation, ordering, transport, launch, and PPC campaigns. The business can be managed from any location.
