The GmbH was founded in September 2022 by 2 shareholders and is now for sale as a share deal.

The business idea arose from the systematic observation of market trends and untapped niches with high viral potential. The founders recognized the opportunity to quickly build scalable D2C brands through data-driven performance marketing and clear targeting.

The company operates five specialized Shopify stores with clearly positioned mono-products: Cut-off wheels, garden tools, drills, winter gloves and a noiseless basketball for children.

The products are characterized by a clear, immediately understandable solution to a problem and a high visual advertising impact. In contrast to generic catalog products, the founders focus on focused hero products that can be optimally presented in advertisements.

Rapid growth has been achieved since the company was founded: First six-figure monthly turnover in May 2023, seven-figure annual turnover in October 2023 and first seven-figure monthly turnover in November 2024.

Sales are handled exclusively via the company's own Shopify stores in the D2C model with a 100% focus on the US market. New customers are primarily acquired via meta ads. Google Ads for brand search and email marketing for retargeting are also used.

The business model is based on a capital-efficient just-in-time fulfillment model via a long-standing partner in China. There is no minimum order quantity or stock commitment. Product and shipping costs are only incurred after the customer has ordered, which enables flexible scaling without upfront investment.

The two founders run the operational business completely remotely. All processes are digitalized and can be controlled from any location.

The founders have decided to sell the company in order to move abroad permanently and devote themselves to a new consulting project.
