The core business is the wholesale of adhesives and sealants, including under the successful own brand. This is supplemented primarily by the caravan electronics and technical accessories segment.

The decision to enter the adhesives and sealants market was based on the realisation that there is a strong demand for high-quality and specialised adhesives and sealants on the market and that the know-how built up to date enables the company to respond directly to the individual needs of customers and offer tailor-made solutions to meet these needs.

Since 2022, the second brand has specifically addressed the need for high-performance batteries for motorhomes. The creation of this brand was a response to the recognisable demand for batteries that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and durability. In view of the special requirements for batteries used in extreme conditions, a product range has been developed that combines technical precision with the specific needs of motorhome owners.

The decision to put the company up for sale follows a successful company history in which the business model has proven to be stable and profitable, particularly in the B2B sector.
